Besan ka Halwa .
Ingredients:
1- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
2- 1/2 cup ghee
3-1/2 cup sugar
4- Nuts for ganishing
5- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
6-1 cup water
Method:
Heat ghee in a thick bottom add besan in it and fry it until it starts changing color.
When besan has turned golden brown than add water.
Add water slowly and keep stirring the besan thoroughly so that it doesn't form lumps.
Than add sugar and cardamom powder and blend it all together and stir until the water is fully absorbed.
Garnish it with the nuts. Serve hot.
